Gently Move & Rest
Thursdays at 11am
Join me for a yoga class in the salt cave! This class blends gentle somatic movement with restorative yoga for a peaceful healing experience. This meditative and restful practice helps to calm the nervous system and ease tension held in the body.

Students are encouraged to move through slow, mindful movements to increase self-awareness and foster a deeper connection to the body and self. Followed by comfortable restorative positions, using various props, to allow the body and mind to come to a state of rest and relaxation to promote healing.

Hatha Yoga
Fridays at 12:30pm
A slower-paced practice that places a strong emphasis on alignment. Through deliberate movements and focused attention on breath and alignment, practitioners cultivate balance, strength, and flexibility while fostering a deep connection between mind, body, and breath.
